Can Yoga or Stress Management Help Your Cancer Recovery?

A smiling older woman with short white hair participates in an exercise class, stretching her arms forward while other seniors exercise in the background.
A diverse group of senior citizens sits together in a circle, smiling and taking notes during a group therapy or support session.
