Patient Navigators

Patient Navigators, provided in conjunction with the American Cancer Society (ACS) Patient Navigator Program, offer free on-site guidance to patients with cancer, their families, and caregivers at the Cancer Center and in the Radiation Oncology Unit. They help the patient navigate the healthcare system and provide support through their time of treatment. ACS patient navigators are cancer survivors, and bring their survivorship experience to this volunteer position. For more information, call (631) 638-1000.
