Information about Submitting Abstracts
As part of the program, four short presentations (5 minutes, each talk) will be selected from submitted abstracts by students (undergraduate and graduate), postdoctoral fellows, and clinical fellows. Open to all cancer topics.

Are you submitting an abstract to be considered for the short talks section?


If submitting, the abstract should be no more than a one-page pdf and should include the following information:

  • Title
  • Authors (name of presenter underlined)
  • Affiliation and position of the presenter
  • Style: Arial 12
  • Structured text including Introduction/Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Cancer Significance.
  • Facultative: Maximum of two figures can be included in the one-page pdf.

Submitted Abstracts to:
Drs. Sana Malik (Sana.K.Malik@stonybrook.edu) and Chiara Luberto (chiara.luberto@stonybrook.edu) by April 8th.
Please specify on the subject line: Abstract for Snyder Symposium.

Selected presenters will be notified by April 12th and, in addition to the presentation, they will be awarded a voucher to be used in one of the Cancer Center Shared Resources for the amount of $250.

 

Your consent will be deemed accepted by your attendance at the 2022 Gloria and Mark Snyder Symposium.
