Join the Celebration!
We invite cancer survivors and their families and friends to our celebration, which honors those who are living with and beyond cancer, regardless of where they received treatment.
Date: Sunday, June 2
Time: 12:30 - 3 pm
Schedule:
- 12:30 pm: Registration - Survivor T-shirts will be distributed to all pre-registered cancer survivors.
- 12:30 to 3 pm: Outdoor Activities - Dunk-a-Doc, Chemo Bag Toss, Scavenger Hunt, Face Painting and a Photo Booth. Musical entertainment and light refreshments provided.
- 2 pm: Parade of Survivors - An inspiring talk by one of our survivors will follow the parade.
Location: Security will guide you to the appropriate parking area. The event is being held outdoors, behind the Stony Brook Cancer Center at 3 Edmund D. Pellegrino Rd., Stony Brook, NY
All activities are free. Please note that only service animals are allowed at this event. Also, we cannot accommodate special dietary requests. For the safety and health of our guests, the Cancer Center is proud to be a tobacco-free facility both inside and out.
