I am involved in clinical research in breast cancer, including clinical trials focused on early detection. My research centers around optimization of imaging parameters for breast tomosynthesis. I have an ongoing clinical trial of a prototype Contrast Enhanced Breast Tomosynthesis Unit. I have also investigated the use of MRI in pre-operative axillary node characterization.
Current Research Focus:
• Comparison of Narrow and Wide Angle Tomosynthesis In Breast Lesion Identification
• Feasibility Study of Contrast Enhanced Breast Tomosynthesis For Breast Lesion Detection and Characterization
• Comparison of Breast Spot Compression Vs. Tomography in Breast Lesion Characterization
