Please join us for the Stony Brook Cancer Center’s Annual Research Symposium, an inspiring day dedicated to celebrating groundbreaking advances in cancer research and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
This event will spotlight the innovative work driving the future of cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The Symposium will also highlight translational research, which bridges basic science discoveries to clinical application, accelerating the path from bench to bedside. It will engage with the next generation of cancer researchers during our poster sessions, presented by talented undergraduate/graduate students, Postdoctoral Associate, Research Specialist, and Research Scientist/Assistant Professor. Their cutting-edge work reflects the energy and innovation that drive our research community.
This symposium presents a dynamic opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate, advancing our shared mission at Stony Brook Cancer Center to conquer cancer.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS AND POSTERS
Submit an abstract to be presented as a poster celebrating research, new discoveries, and achievements in medicine and science.
We encourage undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral associates, research specialists, research scientists/assistant professors and Core – Shared Facilities, to submit an abstract and poster. Original research, case reports and case series are welcome.
Abstract submission deadline: July 8, 2026 (No Exceptions)
