Research Interest
Diffuse optical imaging techniques for early diagnosis, therapy optimization, and surgical guidance in preclinical and clinical settings. Currently, my lab explores quantitative reflectance and fluorescence imaging techniques that provide blood flow, oxygenation, oxygen metabolism, NADH cell metabolism, and redox ratio in cancers. With NIH-funded R01, R21 grants, the lab develops methods that allow imaging and treatment in a single platform.
