Treatment Options for Mouth (Oral) Cancer

SURGERY
The main treatment for most people with mouth cancer is surgery. The surgeon can usually remove the tumor through the opening of the mouth. In some cases, a more extensive approach is needed. Your multidisciplinary team will evaluate your individual medical needs and prepare a plan of care for you, which will be discussed with you before a final course of treatment is started.
